Taking this course will allow students to:
  • Experience appropriate alignment and breathing while in the yoga poses
  • Modify a pose to meet their specific needs
  • Feel the joy and balance that consistent yoga creates in day to day living

These classes are Forrest Yoga inspired and taught within a trauma-sensitive format. Space is limited to 14 students.

A 4 session series: December 2, 9, 16 and 30 (We’ll skip Dec 23)

These Forrest Yoga classes offer a unique approach for managing and overcoming the neck and shoulder tension that is all too common in the bodies of today’s Westerner. In addition to the 4 – 90 minute classes, this series includes a printable e-book with education about anatomy, yoga philosophy and sequences for your at home yoga. 
These classes are best suited for students with some yoga experience, poses will be offered with level 1 and level 2 variations. Space is limited to 14 students.
