Welcome! You are embarking on an interactive 7 week experiential learning adventure.
There is no better way to develop your passion, purpose, pleasure and joy than to build a deep relationship with your own body. As you choose to develop these health-focused habits you will open the door to a life-changing magic.
What you will get once you participated:
- Clarity. Discover what works for you and what Doesn’t. The human body has basic needs YET, you’re an individual. When you take a deep breath and feel into the part of you that is never changing, that is your UNIQUENESS. Use this course to grow your understanding of both: physiology and spirit.
- Knowledge. Learn how to be in sync with your body. For us to thrive in our fast-paced, driven culture we need to attend to the needs of our body. Yoga and Ayurveda offer us ancient, yet practical wisdom. Over the 3 months, you’ll learn some of this SECRET wisdom (that shouldn’t be a secret dammit!). You’ll also be putting what you learn into practice, in real time.
- Evolution. Inspired by community and action. Other people are key to transformation, we are stronger as a collective. When we share our experience we loosen the grip of our old limiting beliefs. When we reveal our desire to another, COURAGE naturally follows in an effort to stay true to our word. It’s a little scary but incredibly rewarding.

4 LIVE ZOOM CONFERENCE CALLS: Expect focused questions and sharing as well as dialogue about Ayurveda, Habit Science and Yoga wisdom.
30 MINUTE 1-1 SESSION: You get TWO of these. We’ll meet on Zoom. I’ll show up with my full attention, in service to you. You’ll get clear on your next small action step to move yourself in the direction you want to go – one small step at a time.
WORKBOOKS: Expect reading, reflection worksheets, accountability tools, pin-to-fridge tip sheets and more.
RECIPES, EATING AND KITCHEN: Simple, whole food and plant-based kitchen know-how. Get comfy and confident with meal planning and prep. Learn Ayurvedic secrets to heal your digestion and fully assimilate the nourishment on your plate.
- 10 AUDIO RECORDINGS: Podcast style recorded audios are downloadable for your convenience. Listen while driving, cooking, walking or whatever.
- LOCAL’S BONUS: Together, as a group, we’ll schedule up to 3 live meet ups. These dates could include cooking and meal planning, a pot luck, a walk or hike, focused time for course work or casual connection and conversation. I’ll help us make our plan but the cool thing is that we get to decide TOGETHER.
