Welcome to Wellness Rituals for Women Membership

A network of structure and friends to help you along your unique path of mind, body, spirit wellness

Routines, habits, rituals and consistency are different words with similar meaning. Each represent a form of rhythm that is established and repeated. Wellness and fitness are long range states of being that can last the entirety of your life, and they don’t happen on their own.

About The Wellness For Women Rituals Membership

I created this membership so that women have a place they come to to focus on their wellness goals. Food habits, exercise routines, day to day lifestyle flow, joy, playfulness and relationships are all important players in mind-body health.

The Wellness Rituals for Women Membership offers the structure, education and support that allows women to feel successful and confident while they transform their wellness rituals and routines from where they are now to where they want them to be.

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’ve been helping women find comfort, health and happiness in their body for almost 20 years.

Sarah Rusnak - Facilitator
During her lifespan, the modern woman experiences so many changes, so many seasons and phases. She is gorgeous! She gives her heart, soul and time to her loved ones, to her career and community.

At different times in her life, her physical body gets put on the back burner, which is widely accepted as “just the way it has to be”. When she’s ready to shift, ready to reclaim time for body-based selfcare, The Wellness Rituals for Women Membership becomes an incredible ally that supports her in her process, every step of the way.

My goal in creating and maintaining the Wellness Rituals for Women Membership is to provide a structured platform where women, at different life stages, come together to learn about and cherish their human anatomy and physiology.

Together, we play and laugh and create rituals that delight our spirit. These rituals develop into daily routines. The routines become habits. I’m talking about habits that nourish, detoxify, and replenish our mind-body systems so that we can live with vibrancy and confidence!

A women who is confident, informed and aligned with her integrity while she pursues her wellness is able to partner with her physicians and therapists, she becomes an informed advocate for the needs of her body and mind.

This is a woman who has less mind-body discomfort and more mind-body pleasure. This is a woman who ages wisely and well. This is a woman who moves freely through her life with a body that not only supports her, but also elates her.

I began working with women in 2003 as a massage therapist. Several years later I studied to become a yoga instructor and after that I earned my credentials as a Yoga Health Coach. Before I became a health and wellness guide I had spent years working alongside talented chefs in the food service industry. Today I’ve brought together my love of food, fitness and teaching to create the Women’s Rituals for Wellness Membership.

This is a network of soulful women

Each one of us is choosing to be here so that we can make changes in our life.
We're changing by doiing! We're creating healthy habits, one day at a time. Day after day.
A Quote From Dr BJ Fogg
This membership empowers women to feel settled in and proud of their health routines, which will equip them with the energy and peace of mind that they need to fuel their own unique purpose and life mission. Our communities need strong, heart-full women and I’m here to support them!

There is so much information out there that tells ppl about life hacks, how to hack your fitness, best ways to eat, etc… what this membership does is help you go beyond having a bunch of things you know would be good for you to do, instead you start doing them.

Studying and practicing together is easier than doing it alone, which means it’s more successful.

I don’t think I could have done the things I’ve done without the group structure that sarah creates. Plus her dicerning eye and attention inspire me to stay accountable to my desires.

Whether You Are New To Yoga Or You Practice Yoga For Many Years There Is Something For You!

I’ve practiced a little hot yoga in the past but what I was really craving was to have my own sense of self-discipline. I want do my own stretching routines and meditations at home but I didn’t know where to start. After some one on one sessions with Sarah I know so much more about how to care for my body with fitness and stretching. I’m practicing yoga 3 or 4 times per week with the group yoga classes on Zoom. This structure helps me show up for myself. My knowledge of yoga is growing and so is my sense of inner peace.

What Our Other Members Say:

A one stop shop for fitness, food and mental health care.

I’m studying to become a Wholistic Health Practitioner. As a woman in her 30s, who drove her body beyond it’s limits in her 20s, I’ve needed to restructure many aspects of my life, including my vocation and health routines. Sarah’s courses and membership have taught me how to prioritize the needs of my physical body, because of that I’m finding my truth and happiness, I’m designing my life to support that.
— Shelby

As a woman fresh into her 60s, I’ve been rethinking my priorities, I want to live into this next stage of my life with health, energy, and a sense of fun, so that I can be the best support to myself while experiencing the ups and downs ahead. Sarah’s coaching keeps me accountable to this goal. It takes a concentrated effort to change the parts of myself that have always put the needs of family, work and community service before my self-care. At this time in my life I need self-care habits that stick. After working with Sarah 1-1, the membership is just the right structure to keep me on track, doing the daily routines that I know my mind and body require.
