Join us on December 12, 1-3 PM in Spokane, WA at Souls Center, a quaint and festive setting. You’ll be guided into a gentle and personalized mindful movement practice, accompanied by the rich sounds of live cello and holiday melodies.
Jesse Ahmann is The Montana Cellist. He composes calming soundscapes that can transport listeners to a place of soulful flow with their movements. You can find Jesse’s holiday music here, on his YouTube channel.
Complementary to the cello melodies, Sarah Rusnak will guide you through a movement practice. Sarah’s movement offering is inspired by yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and body prayer. Expect gentle movements that are accessible for all bodies, as well as encouragement to “tune into” what you’re hearing while also “feeling into” what you’re experiencing. In addition to movement – there will be moments of stillness.
After we conclude our restorative sound and movement session you’re invited to stay a bit longer, sit up into a circle, have a cup of warm spiced cider and share gratitude together.
We’d love to have your presence at this unique holiday gathering.
